I am a UK based photographer and artist with a first-class degree in photography. I specialise in still life studio photography that has a sculptural aesthetic. All images begin as traditional studio photographs where still life set pieces are created as free-standing sculptures. These are then photographed using studio lighting. Images are then reworked digitally to remove the staging of the scenes and add some post-production effects.

I have a deep love of macabre imagery that I find life-affirming and inspiring. The thing that gives life and our experiences meaning is knowing that one day it will come to an end. Life is for the living, and some times we need to remember how fleeting and valuable it is.

I’m heavily influenced by tattoo design and sculpture. My imagery is dramatic and illustrative, with dark shadows and vibrant colours. I create images that enhance the home and define a spirit of rebellion and defiance.
